Thank you for your interest in the SHINE program. We are excited that you would like to be a part of it. Due to the number of inquiries and interest in this program there is an application process and limited number of spots available each season in the program.
HOPE RIDES SHINE PROGRAM
Intent:
To provide faith based mentorship via a ranch platform that utilizes husbandry activities to encourage, equip and empower excellence in all areas for life as youth build important life skills that support their ability to live their best lives and to grow in their personal relationship with God the father, Jesus Christ, the son, and Holy Spirit, the counselor.
Requirements:
- Short Essay: Why you want to be part of SHINE Program?
- Application Form and Participant form completed and submitted via online.
- Ages: 7 to 18
- Pants and closed toed shoes required. Water bottle. Please bring any self administered medications in event needed while onsite.
- There is no fee to participate in the program, if you feel lead and would like to make a donation you are certainly welcome to do so.
Program Outline:Character and Life Lesson Sessions– Biblical based personal growth.
- Each week a biblical concept will be explored and tied to interactive hands on husbandry type activities that tie basic ranch life and the relational nature of Christ and HIS creation.
