Hope Springs outdoor obstacle course situated on approximately 2 acres in Mayer Minnesota owned and operated by Hope Rides!
What
A beautiful outdoor obstacle trail park designed specifically for horses and humans. The park features several obstacles that allow horse and rider to work together to build confidence and horsemanship skills. The course can be done in hand or from the saddle. The course is designed for all levels of riding skill, disciplines and breeds. The course is a wonderful way to get out of your normal routine enjoy nature while you and your horse connect engage and refresh. The obstacles not only good for the mind but great for cross training and improving the physical conditioning and strength for both horse and rider.
How
The course is open to the public through reservation in advance. The course features individual day passes which includes an instructional lesson/orientation with a Hope Rides Cross Trainer to ensure that riders are equipped with the necessary information to utilize the course as intended and safely.

- All Horses must be current on vaccinations and proof of negative coggins to be permitted on premise. We reserve the not allow access to grounds if we have any concerns for safety for horses or humans.
- Equestrian Helmets required – all ages.
- Appropriate riding and footwear required.
Who
Hope Rides utilizes the obstacle course in a variety of ways. It is integrated into our mentorship programs, leadership and team building retreats, fundraising and general public use. The course provides a dynamic and unique way for people to experience the ranch whether coming to develop a specific horsemanship skill or transferable life skill, the course has the ability to facilitate personal growth on many levels.

This program is designed for business leaders and organizations looking for an experiential way to provide interactive and impactful training that encourages, empowers and equips individuals and teams to thrive individually and collectively. No Horse Experience Necessary.
- Mentorship Programs: Hope Rides runs several mentorship programs in which the course is integrated in as appropriate.
The course is suitable for any breed or discipline of riding. Whether you are a recreational trail rider looking to season your horse over obstacles, a competitive rider in any discipline the course can serve to help you improve your horsemanship, cross train and condition or simply plugging into the ranch for leadership training or team building experience you are sure to leave with new insights that we encourage, equip and empower you to lead your best lives.
WHERE:
The course is located in Mayer Minnesota, just 30 minutes west of Minnetonka with easy access off of Hwy 7. Beautiful town of Waconia just 10 miles to the south featuring restaurants, movie theatre, hospital, basic shopping needs, an incredible grocery store experience. Carver County Horse Trail riding park within 10 miles from ranch if you want to take your new skills and hit the trails.
